Delivery Terms //

If the item ordered is in stock XION® aims to despatch your goods within 2 to 8 working days of receipt. (Saturday's, Sunday's and all Bank Holidays are not working days).

If the item is not in stock, XION® aims to despatch within 6 to 8 weeks.
All products are subject to availability and we also reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. Orders are made on the basis of business to consumer.

XION® tries its utmost to ensure items placed into the XION® - Warehouse are in stock at all times. If an item should unfortunately be temporarily out of stock XION® will advise you via the email address provided by you at the checkout when the item will be back in stock and of a delivery time.

Sizing varies from each collection and as such as a very general guide. XION® would like its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and if an item is found to be unsuitable, please contact us in the first instance so a suitable exchange can be made. (Please see our Return policy). Generally we have found that once people become familiar with our products, they become accustomed to the sizes required.


Shipping Info //

XION® Protective Gear ships its goods to customers from Amsterdam, The netherlands. When shipping outside the EU, we are exporting goods. Tax charges displayed for your purchase outside the EU are paid to XION® and will be used to cover the customs fees / import charges during export. For all purchases within the EU TAX is obliged for all consumers.



XION PG ships its products from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the European Union). If your shipping address is outside of the EU you may be charged with import duties / taxes for your purchase at xionpg.com. Unfortunately, these charges are not predictable and the amount can’t be estimated because it is established individually by each country’s customs regulations.



XION® does not claim, either expressed or implied, that their products can guarantee protection against any and all impacts or incidents.

XION® and its manufacturers/distributors/agents, shall not be liable, whether contractually or at law, for any and all loss, damages, injuries, or other casualty of whatsoever kind or by whomsoever caused to the person or property of anyone including buyer, client, and/or any other third party, arising out of, or resulting from the use or application of the products by buyer, client and or any other third party.

Buyer agrees for itself and its successors and assigns to bare all losses, costs, expenses and damages and to indemnify event and hold XION® harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, losses, damages (including punitive damage), demands, liabilities, suits, actions and costs of litigation (including all expenses, attorney fees, consultant fees) asserted against, incurred or required to be paid by XION®, arising out of this agreement and / or arising out of and / or resulting from the use or application by buyer, client or any other third party of the XION® product range.

XION® shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages and waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences resulting from the use of, or the inability to use XION® products by any legal or natural person.


Return Policy //

If, in the unlikely event, you are not happy with your purchase from XION®, any item can be returned in original condition with the original packaging including all of the original tags and labels, within 28 days from receipt of purchase. You may ask for a direct exchange, a refund, or exchange the item for another of equal value. Postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to XION® fully carriage paid. We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.

IMPORTANT: Mention on the airway bill, that the parcel contains a return or exchange of goods and hold NO commercial value. If this is not stated on the airway bill correctly, XION® will be confronted with import fees and will not accept the parcel!!


Payments //

All orders are billed in EURO. Other currencies may be displayed and should only be taken as a guideline regarding the latest exchange rates. Whilst every care is taken to maintain this as accurate as possible, XION® cannot accept any liability for any discrepancy in the true currency rate as charged to you via your chosen method of payment, and that displayed upon this website. Please check XE.com for the latest 'real-time' currency exchange rates. All prices are Inclusive VAT where applicable.

All credit and debit card payments are carried out by PayPall or a similar Secure payment environment unless the customer has chosen banktransfer. XION® does not hold any credit or debit card details online. Any attempt to defraud or attempt at criminal activity that is aimed at XION® will be reported to the most appropriate Law Enforcement Agency or Agencies as available to us at the time. Any and all information that we hold regarding any such attempt will be available to a recognised Law Enforcement Agency, and / or as required by the jurisdiction of a European Court Of Law.



XION® makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to the products for a particular purpose and merchantability and/or the (in-) ability to protect against any specific impact or incident.

XION® products are warrantied against defect in material & workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase.
XION® warrants that all its products are fit for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when delivered to its dealers/agents.

Our warranty is handled locally by our distributors/agents in the country of purchase. To pass a warranty claim, please refer to the warranty regulations of the country of purchase and/or the authorized distributor/agent.

For goods purchased on XION’s website, please contact us at cs@xionpg.com. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims and is limited to the original customer. A repair or replacement of defective product(s) is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by an accident, misuse, failure to follow installation, operating and or care instructions, misapplication, alteration or (an attempt to) unauthorized repair by anyone other than XION®. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue (after use) is not covered by the warranty.
