The return policy of XION® protective gear is simple. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase from XION®, you can return any item in original condition within 28 days from the receipt of your purchase.
Return of products without the original packaging, tags and labels are not accepted!
In case of a return you may ask for a refund or have the possibility to exchange the item for another article of equal value. Postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to XION® fully carriage paid. We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.

IMPORTANT: Mention on the airway bill, that the parcel contains a return or exchange of goods and hold NO commercial value. If this is not stated on the airway bill correctly, XION® will be confronted with import fees and will not accept the parcel!
