XION PG ships its products from Stein next to Kiel, Germany, in the European Union. We set up the whole shipping process to run as smooth as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY PURCHASE?
After you choose to purchase one or more of our products, XION® aims to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Our preferred agent UPS takes care of the shipment from our warehouse to your door.
When placing an order online in our webshop, the estimated shipping costs are calculated based on your address information and the chosen shipping services offered by our forwarder (in most cases UPS) during checkout.
If your address is outside of the EU you may be charged with import duties/taxes for your purchase at xionpg.com. Unfortunately we cannot predict or estimate the amount because each country’s custom regulations establishes it individually. Our forwarder UPS will inform you about this and, if applicable, will collect the charges directly. To receive the package fastest it is recommended to pay the VAT online to UPS after visting the tracking page from UPS.
Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification from us with your tracking link.

If you need to make changes on your shipment, you can use UPS MY CHOICE
UPS MY CHOICE offers you the following options to adjust your shipment:
- Tell your driver where to leave parcels when you’re not at home.
- Have your parcels delivered to a UPS location.
- Change your delivery date or location.
